If you will remember back in June, I started to work on Crochet Ponies and Scrunchies for a very special little girl. She received her gift from her Nane about a month ago, and here she is tickled pink with her ponies and modeling one of her scrunchies.
I am ever so pleased to have received such wonderful feedback from my first international custom order. Thank you so much for allowing me to share in your family's special memories!

Welcome to the first part of three for Crochet Toys for Kelly. In this blog post, you will find the crochet patterns for Kelly's crochet teddy bear, and Kelly's crochet ball.
The teddy's body and the ball use the exact same stitches. This teddy can be crocheted in just a few hours (less if you are fast), and he is just the perfect size for cuddles with Kelly! The ball can easily be crocheted in just a few minutes, and would be so much fun to make in a rainbow of colours. Kelly just loves snuggling with her teddy bear, and playing with her ball! In the middle of August, I was thinking about what my next free pattern for September should be, when I had the sudden inspiration to make tiny crochet toys just for the little Kelly doll.
I think this is perfect because I was wanting to make an amigurumi pattern as my next free pattern, but I really love making things for barbies, and I know many of my fans enjoy my barbie patterns as well. So, I asked my fans from facebook what they thought of the idea, and they loved it, so I am sure you will too!

As you all know, two Sundays ago, I had the sudden inspiration/urge to make pumpkins. It took me several attempts to get the first one they way I wanted it to look. I finished three of the medium to small pumpkins on the first day, and then the largest two on the following day. It was so much fun experimenting with the different sizes and creating several different vines.
Each of the six pumpkins pictured are available as a bundle for sale. See Crochet Pumpkins Galore! Patterns. These crochet pumpkins each have several fun variations that you can do to give your pumpkins lots of character. They include instructions on how to make each pumpkin exactly like pictured, how to make them without the vines, and also includes 19 different vines with leaves, so you can customize the vines for your pumpkin. Have you ever wondered what goes into creating a crochet pattern, or even just creating something handmade? Continue reading and you will discover just that...
