Here is the last part of three for "Style Me" Dolly's first outfit, Dolly's Shoes Pattern.

Everyone always needs a good pair of shoes!  

So to complete her first outfit, here are a pair of cute but reliable shoes.

You'll Need:

• crochet cotton thread size 10 (I use Circulo Clea) about 50m (12grams / 0.5oz)
• 2.1mm hook

Shoe Instructions: Make 2

ch 7

row 1:  sc in 2nd ch from hook and each across, ch 1, turn (6 st)
row 2:  scinc, sc 4, scinc, ch 1, turn (8 st)
row 3:  sc 8, ch 1, turn (8 st)
row 4:  scinc, sc 6, scinc, ch 1, turn (10 st)
row 5-18:  sc 10, ch 1, turn (10 st)
row 19:  scinc, sc 8, scinc, ch 1, turn (12 st)
row 20-23:  sc 12, ch 1, turn (12 st)
row 24:  2tog, sc 8, 2tog, ch 1, turn (10 st)
row 25:  2tog, sc 6, 2tog, ch 1, do not turn (8 st)

switching to rounds, start to work the sides of the shoe...

row 26:  sc 60 in FP around perimeter - 23 down, 5 across, 23 up, 9 across (60 st)
row 27-29:  sc 60 continuously for 3 rows, sl st join, f/o (60 st)

start front cover of shoe... you will be make a smaller "U" shape with each rnd.

rnd 1:  sc attach to 42nd st, sc 6, 2tog x 3, sc 4, 2tog x 3, sc 37, sl st join, ch 1 (54 st)
rnd 2:  sc 6, 2tog x 2, sc 4, 2tog x 2, sc 6, ch 1, turn (20 st)
rnd 3:  *Mirror: (sc 4, 2tog x 2) x 2, sc 4, ch 1, turn (16 st)
rnd 4:  sc 3, 2tog x 2, sc 2, 2tog x 2, sc 3, ch 1, turn (12 st)
rnd 5:  *Mirror: sc 3, 3tog x 2, sc 3, sl st join to first st, f/o with tail, sew opening closed (8 st)

finishing off open edge...

rnd 1:  sl st attach to first available st from rnd 1 left unworked from rnd 2, sc 27, 2tog, sc 10 across shoe flap, sl st join to 1st st, f/o (28 st) weave in all ends
