Rebeckah's First CALs Are Starting Soon

Have you heard? I'm getting ready to host my first ever crochet-a-longs (CALs)!

I've been wanting to do this with you for such a long time, and I have finally found a really fun way we can do them with this 3 adorable amigurumis. 

Also, thanks to all of your amazing suggestions, each of these animals have new names. Fans who contributed to the winning names will be receiving the free version of the PDF's for the animal(s) they named.

First, let me introduce you to Timothy the Turtle...

Timothy was the very first name suggestion for him and I fell in love with it right away. So it was only fitting he should be called Timothy.

Timothy's CAL will be starting THIS Sunday on June 28th, 2015 and will run for 2.5 weeks. UPDATE: See it here...

Now meet Grape Ape the Monkey...

I thought Grape Ape was such a fun creative name. It made me giggle and it just fits her perfectly, don't you agree?

Finally, let me introduce you to Abayomi the Lion...

This was the hardest Ami to choose a name for because there were so many brilliant suggestions. 

In the end, Abayomi really called out to me the most due to it's uniqueness, it's African origins and most of all because it means "bringer of happiness". How perfectly fitting for a softy toy, right?
