My First Fancy Crochet Barbie Dress

I had been wanting to expand my barbie clothe making technique for a little while and make something fancy.  So when a friend of mine invited me to her daughter's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to attempt it.

The first photos in the gallery below are from I had finished it off and had used all of the yarn I had, but when I was visiting with my mom, she happened to have some of the lavender colour, so I was able to add some flowers to the bottom of the dress and make a pretty little hat to match.

This is a 3 piece set that has a dress with two skirts, a purse that snaps closed, and a hat.

I made this in February of 2011.
