Crystal P.'s project entry is:
  • Water Color Blanket - "I used a combination of Scheepjes Color Crafter yarn and Sidar Snuggly yarn and a 5.5mm crochet hook. I used two yarns that blended well together and used DC through out the whole blanket. I love mixing yarns and blending them. My first hobby is painting, so I always try to incorporate that into all of my crochet projects." NO PATTERN, but Crystal says, "I just made the blanket as wide I wanted and used a DC through out the whole project. You can do this with any kind of yarn and any kind of hook size and any kind of stitch you want. I went with DC because I wanted longer looking stitches in the blanket."

Crystals tells us, "I been crocheting for about three years now, I think? I don't keep track. I just picked up a hook and a some yarn one day from the craft store and started to crochet."

She also states, "Like the quote on a tote bag I have 'I crochet so I don't kill people' LOL It's my stress reliever. It helps me focus on something and not on the chronic pain of migraines I get."
