At long last, the wait for the Gentleman Fashion Doll crochet pattern is over, and just in time for Ken Day too!
This six piece gentleman outfit features a dress shirt, vest, coat, top hat, trousers and a pair of dress shoes - all crocheted! Learn more about each piece in the set below...

The very first piece of this gentleman's outfit, is a sleeveless dress shirt with a bow tie.
This shirt is worked vertically from side to side with some finishing touches, including the collar, a bow tie and buttons, added afterwards. It is left sleeveless to reduce the bulk of the outfit. There are a few variations for closing the shirt in the back. You'll get to choose to have a short, long or full opening in the back. This shirt is pictured with the short opening.
The third piece in this set is the gentleman's vest.
Like the shirt, it is worked vertically from side to side. This one uses front and back loops to add a lovely texture to the design. This vest features a double snap fastening and beads for buttons!
The gentleman's coat is the next piece of the outfit.
This coat is worked from the bottom-up, and like the trousers it uses a combination of stitches to add texture. The sleeves are worked separately and attached later.
Next, we have this gentleman's top hat.
This hat is worked in rounds from the top down, and uses a combination of post and slipped stitches to shape the brim.
The last piece of this gentleman set, are these fashionable dress shoes.
These shoes are worked in two pieces from the bottom-up.
Finally, here are all of the pieces of the set all together at last!
