Diamonds Bobble Bauble Christmas Ornament

Liven up your Christmas trees this year with this fashionable Diamonds Bobble Bauble, which uses a combination of amigurumi, colourwork and a variation of the bobble stitch to create a beautifully textured Christmas ornament!

Designed in 2017, this bauble is a variation of the Striped Bobble Bauble first released the same year. Where the Striped Bauble alternates colours each round, this bauble has unique colour patterns each round to create this gorgeous diamond effect with the beautifully textured bobble stitch!

I crocheted this bauble in Sandnes Garn Mandarin Naturell, which is a cotton DK (3 : Light / 8 ply UK) yarn from Norway. I used the colourways 4627 Cerice and 6937 Green​.

When crocheted with DK yarn and paired with a 3.75mm hook, this bauble is about 4.25” (10.8cm) tall. Make a larger or smaller variation by adjusting the yarn and hook size.
