Crochet Barbie Dress Red Set

This my second attempt at making a more formal outfit for Barbie.  I made this for my youngest sister, who is obsessed with barbies, for her birthday in May of 2011.

Red is the colour I had on hand, and she like red well enough, so I used red.  The first few pictures show dress colour best.  I was changed the setting so that the details of the dress could be better observed, but that made the dress look orangey.  

This is a 6 or 7 piece set depending on whether or not you count the shoes as a pair or separately.  This set contains a dress, a sweater, a hat, a purse, a pair of shoes/slippers (I hadn't figured out how to make the heels yet), and panties (which is something my sister is also obsessed with her barbies having!).
