I started with the fingers and thumb. Then I started working them into a hand, and in turn into an arm. Though before I finished the I arm, I decided that I needed a body to better determine the length of the arm. So I set to working on the toes joining, them to become a foot and in turn a leg. I did that with both feet/legs. Without fastening off on the second leg, I joined them together to start working the torso up to the top of the head. I then finished the arms and attached them to the body. I made the ears, eyes, nose and mouth and sewed them onto the face/head. For the hair, I did chains, attached to the head and chained some more. I repeated this process all over the head until I reached the fullness I wanted. Then I weaved in the ends.
