First Round Up features Easter Baskets. In this compilation, you'll find the perfect Easter baskets to leave for the Easter Bunny to fill with special treats! You'll remember from last week that I had asked several of my crochet designing buddies what their most favourite pay patterns from their shops were (see Designer Favourites - Crochet Pattern Round Up)...
Seeing how we all love a good freebie too, I also asked them for their most favourite free crochet patterns! So, here they all are rounded up just for you... For Easter, I thought it would be fun to make my siblings some cute amigurumi animals. So I made this Lamb for my brother. I followed a pattern I found online. I used a much small hook and yarn size for this lamb, and I crocheted the eyes instead of using buttons. Plus, I gave it a few extra tweaks of my own. It is nearly 5" long. The pattern for this lamb can be found at this link: http://www.caron.com/projects/ss/ss_sheep_toy.html Check out the Crochet Bunnies I made for my sisters, and a friend. For Easter, I thought it would be fun to make my siblings some cute amigurumi animals. So I made Little Miss and Boo Bear Bunnies. I really liked this bunny from this pattern. When I made the Crochet Lamb, I liked the double loop stitch that was used, so I incorporated that into the bunny pattern along with more changes of my own. I used a 1.5-7? hook size and crochet cotton. Though all of these bunnies were made in a similar fashion, you will see that each one is completely unique.
